Product Prices
All the prices shown for the products on our website include the product tax (VAT 24%) but not the shipping costs. The total cost of your order is the price shown for the products and shipping costs depending on the shipping address.
Users outside the European Union are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties and/or taxes.
Shipping
Orders inside and outside Greece
All orders are received and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day. The shipping cost of each order up to two, depending on the shipping area, will be calculated upon completion of the order. Orders within Greece and the rest of the world are sent daily with EL.TA.
Payment methods
GoodLifebyGina.gr offers four (4) payment methods:
(a) By Credit or Debit Card
GoodLifebyGina.gr accepts debit and/or credit cards through the website. Buying with a credit or debit card on our website is completely secure. All purchase information is encrypted to protect your card. According to security rules, your account address and name must match the corresponding card details. If your card is declined, your order will not be able to be completed and an automatic message will appear on your screen.
(b) Cash on delivery (insert text for the delivery of the goods*) Payment can be made by cash on delivery to the courier company, at the time of delivery of the goods,
(c) By deposit to a bank account On the next business day from the day of the registration of the electronic deposit to our company's bank account, the process of preparation and delivery of the goods begins
(d) PayPal PayPal is like an electronic wallet, in which you can safely store all your payment options, such as your bank account or your debit and credit card. When you want to make a payment you don't need to enter your card number on our website. Just click on the PayPal button, connect to your PayPal account and choose the way you want the transaction to be done. PayPal will complete the payment without you having to share any information with the website.
Returns and changes
All products are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition. However, in the event that your order contains a defective product, you can return the product and we will do our best to replace it or refund your money.
In any case, you can change or return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel,
Personal care and body care items are only returnable if their packaging is sealed and, in any case, unused.

- In case of item return, shipping costs are not refunded
- For purchases worth more than one hundred (100) Euros, including VAT, the customer does not incur shipping costs.
- In the case of defective products, for which replacement is not possible or you no longer wish to replace, the amount paid will be returned in full.
- In the case of our own error, we will refund you in full the money corresponding to its value.
- In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, the amount of money corresponding to the value of the products is returned.
- Further, you will need to hand over the product to the courier company that we will send to your home, along with the receipt you received when it was originally delivered. After we have carefully examined the returned product, we will inform you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement, which will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products by us .

Availability
We process your order within the framework of our available stocks. In the event that one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to inform you by email within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you. In addition, product availability is indicative and not binding.
